Certified Precision
Our ISO 9001:2015 certified QMS keeps rates of non-conforming parts to a bare minimum with multiple phases of inspection at each stage of the manufacturing process. Dimensional logs are generated recording each feature listed on the blueprint.
Receive on time
With multiple shifts keeping the shop running
around the clock, parts are always shipped in a timely manner. In the event that there is a potential for delay, the customer is immediately notified and consistently updated until the job has shipped.

Our Specialties
Ascend Engineering Specializes in CNC milling and turning with 3,4, and 5-axis capability. We are suited for low quantity and mid-level production componentry and mechanical assemblies with travel up to 50″ x 20″ x 30″.
Inspection
Parts undergo multiple stages of inspection throughout the machining process with various pieces of metrology equipment such as visual comparators, digital height gauges, and more from some of the most trusted brands on the market. Before machining, each blueprint coming from either the customer or via reverse engineering has a paired dimensional log generated that lists every dimension for each feature and verified in its entirety before shipment. We are experienced creating AS9102 and PPAP reports if required by the customer and all pieces of metrology equipment are tracked and verified for calibration on scheduled intervals.

We’ve had the pleasure of making complex components and assemblies for Fortune 500 Companies such as Siemens, Blue Origin, and Boeing but never discount the opportunity to accept contracts from smaller companies. Our broad customer base has caused us to add many capabilities to our craft such as knurling and broaching to decrease lead time and open up a wider scope of jobs that we can do for our customers.
